Raphael Lebrun om 09:06: For what I know the bird is a wild female ringed on nest and fit with a transmitter.
I've contacted by mail someone at the LPO but for now no news about the last location. I don't know either if the bird is on the ground or flying... Info via François Stockman. A Black Vulture with a receptor has been crossing belgium yesterday. We received a GPS coordinates from around Schriek. The place is not exact but if you are around....
